Each time you publish and at least one channel accepts the post, that counts as one. A post sent to your LinkedIn profile, a company page and X in one go counts once, not three times. A thread counts once. Saving a draft, scheduling, or a publish that fails everywhere does not count.

The current numbers are on the Create post page, next to the heading: how many you have used today, this week and this month, against the limit for each.

They follow the calendar, in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). They are not rolling windows and they do not depend on when you signed up.

• Today resets at midnight UTC. That is 5 PM Pacific Daylight Time, 8 PM Eastern Daylight Time, and 1 AM British Summer Time.
• This week runs Monday to Sunday and resets Monday at midnight UTC.
• This month resets on the 1st at midnight UTC.

If you sign up on a Wednesday the 12th, your weekly count runs until the following Monday and your monthly count until the 1st. You get the full allowance for those shorter first windows; you just reach the first reset sooner than someone who joined on a Monday.

So that “try again tomorrow” and “try again next week” mean exactly that. A rolling window would free up one post at a time at hard-to-predict moments.

Publish now is refused with a message naming the limit and when it resets. Nothing is lost: the post stays as a draft. A post in the queue keeps its place and goes out at the next free slot once the limit resets. A post you scheduled for a fixed time is different: if that time arrives while you are at a limit, it is marked failed with the reason, because quietly moving a time you chose would be worse. Open it and schedule it again once the limit resets.

X charges more for posts that contain a link, so those have their own monthly count. Each X account that receives a post with a link in it counts once. Once that limit is reached you can still publish to X without a link, and to LinkedIn as usual.

Thirty days from the day your account was created, as the invite email says. The Create post page tells you the date on your first visit. We can extend it: if your thirty days run out while you are still testing, get in touch and we will push the date out.

Publishing pauses. Your drafts, your queue and your history stay exactly as they were, and your connected accounts stay connected. Signing in still works. The message you see when you try to publish tells you the date it ended and how to ask for more time.

Nothing. There is no subscription and no card on file. The posting limits above are the only constraint.

A monthly subscription handled by Stripe. Your billing period starts on the day you subscribe and renews on that same day each month, so someone who subscribes on the 12th is billed on the 12th. Cancelling stops the renewal but keeps your access until the period you have already paid for ends. If a payment fails, you keep publishing while Stripe retries the card.

Pricing is not final and nothing here is a quote. Before we charge anyone, the Terms will spell out the price, the renewal, and how to cancel, and everyone with a beta account will hear from us first.

No, and they are counted separately. The monthly posting limit follows the calendar month and resets on the 1st for everyone. The billing period follows your own subscription date. A subscription that starts on the 12th does not move the posting limit to the 12th.

No. Once a post is on LinkedIn or X it belongs to that platform. Naked Post can publish on your behalf, but it cannot delete, edit or retract a post afterwards. To remove one, open it on LinkedIn or X and delete it there. Deleting the entry from your History here, or deleting the draft, does not touch the published post.

Every publish attempt, successful or not, appears in History for 30 days. After that the entry is deleted, along with any images or video that only it used. That removes the record from Naked Post only; the posts themselves stay up on LinkedIn and X.
